Who do we help?
We have assisted global clients in the energy and environmental sector with the financing of infrastructure and generation projects across the globe, both at the high-risk construction period and the operational phase.
We have also acted for a financial institution lending on infrastructure projects. These include development facilities for construction projects and also investment banks refinancing projects to provide long term financing. We are familiar with financing structures involving syndicated facilities and have experience of acting for lenders, mandate arrangers and security agents. We are also familiar with the flexible structuring of facilities, including revolving credit facilities, cash sweep facilities and/or single bullet repayment facilities.
