Rosanna joined us in November 2021 as a Paralegal, assisting in the Corporate and Disputes & Risk teams. Rosanna was promoted in April 2023 to become a Trainee Solicitor within the Disputes & Risk team and qualified as a Solicitor, England and Wales in November 2025, through the SQE route.
She graduated from the University of Reading with an LLB Law in 2020.

- Assisting Partner acting for trustees in a private law claim arising from a Suspicious Activity Report, with assets ring-fenced pending hearing
- Assisting Advocate acting for high net-worth individuals with assets frozen following SARs, seeking declarations assets were not criminal proceeds (one fully recovered; one ongoing)
- Assisting Advocate defending companies and individuals in Guernsey Financial Services Commission investigations, including an appeal to the Royal Court
- Assisting Partner acting for sellers of a multi-million-pound business (shareholders/directors/warrantors) defending buyer’s claim of unlawful dividend causing insolvency pre-sale.
- Assisting Advocate acting for a state-owned bank defending an unlawful conspiracy claim in Guernsey, including Royal Court applications challenging jurisdiction and to discharge an anti-anti-suit injunction
