Mollie Clayton
Trainee Solicitor
Mollie joined Babbé in June 2025 as a Paralegal in the Disputes & Risk team and as of October 2025 is now a Trainee Solicitor, currently studying towards the Solicitor Qualifying Examinations (SQE).
She graduated in the summer of 2023 with an undergraduate degree in Law with Criminology from Oxford Brookes University and Middlesex University in 2025, with a Masters (LLM) in Human Rights Law.

- Assisting senior lawyers acting for the minor and unborn beneficiaries in confidential hostile litigation concerning the purported removal and replacement of the corporate trustee of three significant family trusts
