Babbé has appointed Janice Courtney as marketing manager, bringing a wealth of experience, flair and insight to the business.
After completing a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Clinical Psychology at the University of Cape Town in South Africa, she went on to gain qualifications in marketing, public relations management and strategic management.
Mrs Courtney has over 13 years’ experience in marketing and communications and spent the last nine years with a niche stockbroking firm, Legae Securities, in Johannesburg.
She managed all areas of marketing in her previous role and specialises in corporate communication, business strategy and brand management. Mrs Courtney said: “This is a very exciting time to join Babbé, which is currently enjoying a period of expansion and growth. I will be looking to build on the existing marketing and communications activity, as well as to bring a fresh approach to strengthen the existing Babbé brand.
“Most importantly, I’m looking forward to building and developing key marketing relationships.”
Babbé’s managing partner Andrew Laws said: “We are very pleased to have Janice join the firm. Her extensive experience in delivering projects and her broad range of skills mean that she is best placed to oversee our marketing strategy.”
