Babbé expands its Property division with appointment of new conveyancer

Guernsey’s largest single jurisdictional law firm, Babbé LLP, has welcomed another conveyancer to its expanding Property division.

Guernsey born and educated Harrison Wilson has joined the firm with over several years’ experience, having previously worked for another local law firm. He has experience in all conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, boundary advice and agreements, and rights and servitudes.

Andrew Laws, Senior Partner said: ‘I am delighted to welcome Harrison to the firm. Property work is a core part of our business and integral to the complimentary services that we offer private clients and businesses alike. We look forward to expanding this area of the business to meet the increasing property needs of our clients.’

Harrison added: ‘Despite the disruption brought about by the pandemic, Guernsey’s property market has remained buoyant and I’m excited to be working with a wide range of clients on various property matters. I’m really looking forward to continuing my conveyancing career in Babbé’s expanding property division.’
