Babbé appoints new Associate to its Private Client division

We have welcomed a new Private Clients Associate to the firm.
Marí Warnich was born and educated in South Africa where she started her own financial services company in Cape Town, before going on to form her own law firm where she dealt with property matters, estate planning and non-contentious private client work. She obtained her degrees at the prestigious University of Stellenbosch and qualified ten years ago as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
Since joining Babbé, she has been advising on estate planning, property transactions, as well as the set-up and use of Guernsey trusts and foundations.
Andrew Laws, Senior Partner and head of the firm’s Private Clients division said: ‘Marí has been a welcome addition to Babbé with her varied and experienced background, as well as an approachable and client-friendly style.’
