Babbé LLP has acted for financial services firm, Cherry Godfrey, in relation to its purchase of estate agency and property management company, Mawson Collins Ltd.

Babbé’s Senior Partner, Advocate Andrew Laws, worked alongside colleagues Consultant, Keith Bell and Associate, Josh Tucker.

Andrew Laws said: “The deal has brought together two long-standing Guernsey family-founded firms, creating Cherry Godfrey Property as part of the Cherry Godfrey Group.
