More Growth for the Babbé Disputes & Risk Team

Babbé LLP, Guernsey’s largest single jurisdictional law firm, has continued to expand its leading Disputes & Risk Team with the appointment of a further Associate.

  Benjamin Chambers joins from a global insurance law firm with experience in professional indemnity litigation. 

Under the leadership of Advocate Todd McGuffin, Head of Disputes & Risk, the team has grown recently to 11 fee earners, including four Advocates and has established itself as one of the largest practices in Guernsey. The team is focused on high value contentious trust and commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring, as well as its ever-increasing presence in the financial services regulatory advisory and investigations space.
