Requirements

The role involves advising on all aspects of trust law and related practice areas. The scope of the practice ranges from advising in relation to discrete trust law and related practice area matters, to advice concerning restructuring of complex trust structures.

The role also includes involvement in all incidental professional matters necessary to growing a trust law based practice, for example, precedent and business development.
