We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Associate with 4+ years’ PQE. This is an opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to develop their offshore legal career within our respected, long-standing practice.

If you are a qualified lawyer from a relevant common law jurisdiction, with a strong background in corporate, finance, M&A, or commercial advisory work, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll be advising on corporate transactions, commercial contracts, financing arrangements, and regulatory matters, managing a varied offshore workload involving Guernsey corporate structures and cross-border matters.
