The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has updated its Codes of practice which apply to Trust Service Providers (TSPs), Corporate Service Providers (CSPs) and company directors. Although these Codes are not statements of law the Court may, and the Commission will, take into account any breach of a Code which is relevant to any decision which either of them has to make.
