Iain is a partner in the firm’s litigation team.  He specialises in complex commercial litigation, including asset tracing and multi-jurisdictional disputes.  His current work includes obtaining pre-emptive injunctive relief, banking litigation, trust litigation and professional negligence claims.  He appears regularly in the Royal Court of Guernsey and the Court of Appeal.  Iain also advises on judicial review and regulatory issues and is an accredited commercial mediator.
