Geoff is a partner at Babbe and head of the financial services team.  He has been an advocate for 20 years, and specialises in trusts.  He has a significant reputation in Guernsey for his work in matters relating to private trusts and their administration as well as advising on the use of trusts in international finance transactions.  He holds a number of directorships with captive insurance companies, is a Notary Public, a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
