We are acting for a local fiduciary company defending a negligence claim for damages of £9.5 million.

In 2006 we won a significant victory on behalf of a member of the Association of Guernsey Civil Servants in a Judicial Review involving pension entitlements following redundancy.

In 2005 we acted for Cable & Wireless and Pender, in their highly publicised claim against Messenger, a Guernsey protected cell company insurer. This is the first case anywhere in the world where a freezing injunction has been successfully obtained against all the cells of a PCC.
