Babbé represents Directors as Guernsey fiduciary company is put into administration

Babbé Managing Partner, Andrew Laws has represented the Directors of Kingston Management (Guernsey) Ltd in a successful application to the Royal Court in Guernsey to put the company into administration. The administration order was applied for because the costs of an external review of the company’s business required by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission would push it into insolvency. This is the first licensed fiduciary to be placed into administration under new provisions in the Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008.
