Victoria Pratt
Victoria is an advocate and English solicitor** in both the trust and fiduciary team and the corporate and commercial team. A significant part of her practice involves trusts, advising trustees and assisting with commercial transactions connected with trust structures. Her experience includes (in addition to the execution of trusts generally) advising in relation to substantial offshore trusts, the transfer of trusteeships, the variation of trusts (including change of proper law), the role of protectors, the release of information, the indemnification of trustees and the acquisition, sale or transfer of trust assets. She also advises more generally on commercial and employment matters and has extensive experience of the migration, amalgamation and restoration of companies. She regularly advises institutions, unions and individuals on employment arrangements. Victoria sits on the Guernsey Registry’s Company Focus and Intellectual Property Specialist Groups. She is a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association and the Employment Lawyers Association.
