Todd McGuffin

Todd is an associate in the dispute resolution team. He joined Babbé in 2008 after practicing commercial litigation in Sydney and London for a number of years. During this time, Todd has acquired extensive experience in the areas of insolvency, particularly directors' duties, financial services regulatory issues, and corporate and commercial disputes.
