Tim Elliss

Tim is an associate in the dispute resolution team, joining the team  in 2011  from  Australian firm Allens Arthur Robinson.  He has  broad commercial litigation experience, particularly in relation to banking and finance, debt recovery, property and environmental disputes.  Tim also has experience advising banks and their appointed receivers and managers in contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
