Stuart Tyler

Stuart is a partner and head of the corporate and commercial team. He joined Babbé in 2007 from leading City of London solicitors Stephenson Harwood, where he was a partner in the Banking and Asset Finance Group. Stuart has nearly 20 years experience dealing with many facets of commercial law, including debt and asset finance projects, funds and investments, corporate and business acquisitions, insolvency and debt restructuring.
