Keith Bell
Keith is an associate in the corporate and commercial team. He is a highly experienced company and commercial solicitor with a proven track record of success, and has held a number of senior in-house legal positions. As well as advising on funds and other corporate and property related issues, Keith has also been involved with many M&A, IPO and joint venture deals, a significant number of which were well in excess of £100m.
