Andrew Laws

Andrew’s practice focuses on the giving of advice to financial institutions both from Guernsey and other jurisdictions. A member of ACTAPS, Andrew advises on a wide variety of trust and probate matters along with corporate finance, insolvency, employment and property. He is a regular speaker at conferences and has contributed a number of articles to national legal publications. He has been an advocate since 1987, and managing partner of Babbé since 2003.
